Q: How much does it cost to receive money into my USD, EUR or GBP account?

walllet.com charges 1% of each payment that arrives in your USD, EUR or GBP account. The fee is shown in the app.

Q: How much does it cost to open an account?

Each personal USD, EUR or GBP account costs a one-time $10, and each business account a one-time $50. After that, receiving money costs 1% of each incoming payment.

Q: What is the fee to withdraw to a Nigerian bank account?

Withdrawing to a Nigerian bank account in naira costs 0.5% of the amount, and never more than $5 per withdrawal. Withdrawals in other countries are coming soon.

Q: What fees apply to the USD card?

Issuing the card costs a one-time $5. Topping up the card costs 0.5% of the amount. Each card payment costs 1%, with a minimum of $1 and a maximum of $10. Payments in a currency other than USD have an extra 1.5% exchange fee. A failed card payment costs $0.50.

Q: How is the fee worked out for a card payment in another currency?

You pay the card payment fee (1%, minimum $1, maximum $10) plus a 1.5% exchange fee. For a payment in euros worth $100, that is $1 + $1.50 = $2.50.

Q: Is there a fee when a card payment fails?

Yes. Each failed card payment costs $0.50.
